San Fernando Building Lofts proudly welcomes your four-legged companions to our cat and dog-friendly community. Residents are permitted a maximum of two pets per apartment, with a monthly pet rent of $75 per pet. To ensure a harmonious environment for all neighbors, certain breed restrictions apply; prohibited breeds and their mixes include Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf Hybrids.
